DESIGN PROJECT SCOPE
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We begin with a consultation at the property or in a café, where we discuss your preferences, review references and explain in detail how the design process works and which aspects require particular attention. If the terms suit you after the meeting, we prepare the agreement and begin work on the project.
LASER SCANNING & SITE ASSESSMENT
We visit the property to study the architecture of the space and analyse its structural features in detail. We then carry out a 3D laser scan of the property, which provides us with a highly accurate measured plan and a digital model of the space.

SPACE PLANNING
We send you a detailed brief to make sure no important detail is overlooked. Every layout is developed in close connection with the overall design concept.
We take into account your stylistic preferences as well as all functional requirements. Space planning is the foundation of the entire interior, so there is no fixed limit on the number of layout options at this stage.
3D COLLAGES
3D collages allow us to present the design quickly and clearly. They are created in specialised software, so the proportions and scale of the space are represented accurately.
We begin with the key room that defines the overall style of the project, usually the kitchen and living area. At this stage, we make as many adjustments as necessary to ensure that we fully understand your preferences. For the following rooms, the number of revisions is limited, which allows us to keep the project within the agreed timeframe.
PHOTOREALISTIC VISUALISATIONS
Photorealistic visualisations allow you to explore the interior from multiple angles and see every part of the space before implementation begins. They also make the design easier for contractors and builders to understand and execute. A limited number of revisions can be made at this stage.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
We prepare a comprehensive set of technical drawings, including wall elevations and detailed drawings of complex architectural and construction elements. This documentation serves as a detailed implementation guide for builders, joinery manufacturers and other contractors.
There is no limit on revisions to the technical documentation. The final number of drawings depends on the complexity of the design and the specific features of the property.

DESIGN PROJECT FEE: AED 350 / m²

MINIMUM PROJECT FEE: AED 15,000
DESIGN SUPERVISION
From AED 2,200 / month.Design supervision ensures that the project is implemented accurately and in accordance with the approved design. We coordinate procurement, provide access to designer discounts, communicate with contractors and suppliers, and oversee the compatibility of materials and finishes throughout the project.
Our goal is to remove the stress and uncertainty from the renovation process, allowing you to enjoy the creation of your interior rather than manage every technical and organisational detail yourself.
